Chet Baker – the star of cool jazz. Growing up in a family of musicians, he was immersed in the world of sound from childhood, gifting jazz fans with his distinctive vocals and trumpet melodies. The musician led a remarkably colorful and intense life—surrounded by crowds of passionate fans, constant concerts, parties, substance abuse, fights, and eventually even time spent in a prison cell. One biographer aptly described him: “Baker was a great artist with great problems.”
