GODOS 3.0 | Aura Dance Theatre

In the world of Godos, the past, present, and future intertwine. Feminine sensitivity, mysterious mythological creatures, the untamed past, and its reflections in modern humans—all of this has already been explored in the performances GODOS 1.0 and GODOS 2.0.

GODOS 3.0 merges futuristic visions with contemporary issues and struggles. The search for self and identity, loneliness, the need to belong—these emotions are deeply felt by those who do not fit into traditional gender norms.

Today, expressing masculinity no longer requires hunting a mammoth. In visions of the future, gender differences fade, as do conflicts surrounding them. Futuristic humans grow increasingly similar to one another, and technology advances to the point where all tasks are completed with the push of a button. Birth rates are regulated and managed in laboratories.

However, GODOS 3.0 envisions a near future where, despite the blending of genders, past distinctions and emotions still surface.
