Interactive exhibition “Adrenaline” comes from Estonia to Lithuania – experience science with your own body

Are you ready to feel the force of gravity, measure your reaction time, and understand how sudden braking affects the human body? The interactive exhibition “Adrenaline” invites you to push your limits and explore science through personal experiences.

Opening on March 18th at the Energy and technology museum, the “Adrenaline” exhibition will allow visitors to experience how the human body reacts to extreme situations. In this exhibition, speed, gravity, force impact, and reaction time become more than theoretical concepts – they turn into personal experiences. Specially designed exhibits will let visitors test their reaction speed, balance, and endurance, revealing how our senses change under different forces.

Exhibition “Adrenaline” – a model of institutional cooperation. It came to Vilnius from the “AHHAA” Science Centre in Tartu, Estonia. At the Energy and technology museum, it is curated by the museum’s exhibition curator, Karolis Gužas.

“Adrenaline” is more than an exhibition – it is an exciting journey into the world of science, where theory becomes reality, and knowledge transforms into personal experience. We are thrilled to present this unique exhibition to the people of Vilnius and visitors to the city! This project marks the first collaboration between these institutions, strengthening international ties and contributing to museum partnerships in Lithuania,” says K. Gužas.

Experiences Awaiting Visitors

The interactive exhibition “Adrenaline” will be open from March 18 until August 31, 2025. Visitors will find unique interactive exhibits that allow them to experience the laws of physics firsthand:

⦁             Gravity Loop – ride a bicycle through a loop and experience the effects of acceleration and energy transformation.

⦁             Load Simulator – feel the force of inertia during a sudden stop and understand why seat belts are essential.

⦁             Acceleration Track – experience the G-force effects that astronauts undergo.

⦁             Jump Slide – experience Earth’s gravitational pull and the relationship between kinetic energy and your body mass.

⦁             Finger stimulus – experience how the strength of an electric current changes with body resistance.

⦁             Reaction Test – assess whether your reflexes are fast enough to counteract gravity.

⦁             Parachute Simulator – experience the forces of free fall and deceleration.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore other interactive exhibits. The “Adrenaline” exhibition offers a unique chance to experience science with your own body!
